Property Policies

• Greystone Manor Bed and Breakfast is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is permitted on the front verandah and on the upstairs balcony off the Jade room.

• Greystone Manor Bed and Breakfast is a pet-free facility. We are unable to accommodate pets at this facility.

• Minimum check-in age is 18.

• Check-In time is anytime after 2:00 pm. (We will do our best to accommodate early check-in requests, although such requests cannot be guaranteed)

• Check out time is at 11:00 am.

• This property considers guests aged 12 and under, at time of travel, to be children.

Payment Policies - Deposit Information

• Your credit card is not charged during the booking process. It is merely utilised to hold your reservation. Payment is required at check-in, at which time you may pay by cash, credit or debit card.
  
  

Cancellation Policies

• Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a penalty charge of one night room and tax. Early departure fees may apply.
  

• Cancellations can be made online or by calling our property at 905-357-7373. Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records.

Extra guests

• Due to fire regulations, we are limited to two guests per room. This includes children, regardless of their age.
  
  

Cribs and High Chairs

• Cribs, high-chairs or booster seats are not available. Clients should bring their own playpens, if required.
  

Parking

• Parking is complimentary at our bed and breakfast. It is accessed off Simcoe Street to the rear of the building.
